Are you an attorney?

Great question.  No, we are not attorneys.

Actually attorneys are "Officers of the Court".

That means by law, their first obligation is to the court and NOT to you.

Our founder is Brad Tipton and many years ago in probate court, Brad lost the home his grandmother left him as an inheritance after her death.

How do you get cases dismissed to fast?

I cannot take any credit for getting cases dismissed fast. 

The truth is in most counties when it comes to non-violent cases...

The "real rules" require that the court make a decision within 14 days after the defendant properly responds in writing to the Summons, Complaint, or the Indictment.

The problem is they DON'T tell you how to respond properly.

So once we write your court Replies, Notices, and Motions properly for you to review.  If they are do your liking, then you submit them respectfully requesting the court to Dismiss the case within 14  days.
